How to Register
Please fill in the online registration form. The deadline for early registration is May 5, 2008, for late registration May 28, 2008. After that date all the registrations will be considered as on-site. In case of problems or needs for a special arrangement please contact the Action M Agency.
Registration Fees
The Regular and Student fees include admission to all tutorials and lectures (including Nanoday), meeting package, conference reception on Tuesday June 3rd, coffee breaks, wifi connection, a copy of printed pre-proceedings, ISNSCE membership fee for one year. To assist us in planning, please express your interest in attending tutorials and the Nanoday at registration form.
The Student Fee is available for full-time students (including postgraduate).
The Accompanying Person Fee includes a ticket to the welcome reception and an assistance with individual social events requests.

The prices are stated in Czech Crowns (CZK) as inclusive of VAT. To give you an idea about the prices in other currencies please have a look at exchange rates of the Czech National Bank or use convertors EUR -> CZK, CZK -> EUR, USD -> CZK, CZK -> USD .
Note: CZK is a fast-growing currency - its rate to USD increased by 20% and to EUR by 10% in the last 6 months. It is advisable to make payment soon to obtain better conversion rate.
Payments
Payments have to be made in Czech Crowns (CZK):
- by Credit Card
(VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club) - by Bank transfer
Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions.
Confirmation of your payment will be e-mailed to you and an original receipt will be given to you upon your arrival at the DNA 14 at the Registration Desk in Pyramida hotel in Prague.
Cancelation Policy
The registration fee (deducted of the cancelation fee CZK 1 000) will be refunded for all written (e-mail) cancelations sent to Action M Agency no later than May 15, 2008. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
Hotel information
Please note that filling-in the date of arrival and departure and clicking the accommodation checkbox in the conference registration form DOES NOT reserve your hotel room. To make a reservation, please visit separate hotel reservation page. The deadline for special DNA14 hotel rates is April 30, 2008.
